If you’re at the point where you’re thinking about buying or selling an estate, it’s a good idea to speak with a Brooklyn Estate Lawyer. He can help guide you through the entire process.
The Brooklyn Estate Lawyer is a former prosecutor in Kings County, NY who specialized in estate law. At an early age he became interested in politics and justice, ultimately earning degrees from Fordham’s School of Law as well as Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. His experience includes work as a deputy attorney general for the State Attorney General and varied positions within private practice including serving as Executive Managing Partner for one of Brooklyn’s top law firms.
The Probate lawyer Brooklyn NY regularly speaks at law school conferences and seminars including repeatedly addressing the Kennedy School of Government on topics relating to estate planning. He has also appeared on numerous television and radio news programs including CBS, NBC and ABC.
The Brooklyn Estate Lawyer has authored numerous articles regarding estate planning and family law, including his latest book, which was featured in both a New York Times Book Review in April 2013 and a Wall Street Journal article in October 2012. He offers his services to those interested in estate planning, includes prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, marital agreements, wills, trusts and all other legal matters that arise in the setting up of estates.
The Brooklyn Estate Lawyer is dedicated to preserving family legacy and leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.
These two separate articles (from two different website – please excuse the duplication) are obviously written by one person, i.e., the same individual writing in both cases. However, there is a distinct difference in tone and language between the two articles, probably because of the fact that they are penned (by one person) as “two” different articles (one following “Brooklyn Estate Lawyer”, the second from “Former DA”, with each of them introducing themselves in a slightly different way – see link here). Of course, anyone could do this by merely using a single word and phrasing each article separately under a single name, i.e. the same word and the same phrasing applied to each article separately.
However, such an idea is absurd and an obvious fabrication made up by someone for the purposes of trying to make these two different entities (i.e., “Brooklyn Estate Lawyer” and “Former DA”) appear to be two separate entities rather than one person. For example, if you were to write the same article as “Two Lawyers”, but with a preface stating that you are either two separate people or a team of lawyers, then it would be ridiculous.
