Quick Tips for Clear Liquid Diet Beginners

Hi everyone! My name is Nikki and I am a member of the Clear liquid diet plan z diet review. If you are considering trying the Clear Liquid Diet, this might be a good place to start. Here are a few tips for beginners on how to stay on track and make positive changes in your life.

1) Plan your meals in advance! 

This will make sure nothing goes poorly, no matter what happens during the day when you’re traveling or out with friends. You can find plenty of recipes on our blog that don’t require too much preparation time. 

2) Be prepared for temptation!

It’s easy to get distracted and fill up on fatty foods when you’re not on an organized diet. It is important to stick with the plan and make sure that you are always prepared with healthy snacks. This type of diet can be quite a challenge, especially if you’re used to eating much more than this. If you are willing to say NO to temptations and make your own decision, then it will definitely pay off.

3) Stay busy with something.

When you are feeling hungry and not in the mood to eat, take a walk, go out and meet up with friends, keep yourself distracted. You will be amazed how fast time will pass and before you know it, it’s already mealtime! Take a walk, go dancing or do whatever you love to do! The more active you are the easier it will be for you to stay away from all those unhealthy foods around you.

4) Eat, don’t starve yourself!

If you’re making yourself hungry on purpose, you are only punishing yourself. And if you happen to slip up and eat something unhealthy, don’t beat yourself up about it! There is always tomorrow! Eating less than 1000 calories per day is not a good idea if your goal is long-term weight loss. The only exception is if you are having trouble maintaining your weight and have been doing the Clear Liquid Diet for a few months.

5) Relative, not absolute.

Yes, it’s nice to stick to the plan 100% of the time and follow the instructions perfectly, but this is not realistic. It is much better to stick to your plan on a regular basis then give up when you miss one or two days. If you’re not sure how much to eat or how much to cut out of your diet, start by reducing what you eat slightly and then measure your progress by the results. This will help you with remaining on track.

6) Speak to someone about it!

If you have someone who is supporting you, then it will make it much easier for you to stay on track. It’s really easy for us busy women to forget we are not alone in this battle with our weight. When you feel like giving up on yourself, encourage yourself by talking to someone else who is struggling with weight loss too. Realize that every other person has their own struggles.

7) Drink lots of tea!

Green tea and various herbal teas are great for helping you with hunger and keeping you energized. You can also find great recipes on our blog for healthy teas, which may be more appealing to you than regular green tea. Adding lemon or honey with some ginger makes it taste great and gives you the urge to drink more. This will help you stay hydrated, which is what your body needs the most!

8) Kick the sugar cravings!

Snacking on a handful of nuts or some veggies can satisfy your sweet tooth, so you can kick the sugar cravings and eat healthier. Sugar is your worst enemy when on a weight loss journey. When you allow yourself to get a little hungry, this will make you think about food less and less. Plus, after a few days without sugar your brain will naturally crave it less as well.

9) Stay strong!

You will get tired, weak and frustrated on the first few days of this diet, but that’s just a natural part of the process. You need to know that you are doing good things for yourself and not give up no matter how much you feel like it. This is the most important tip of them all. If you are not going to stay strong and believe in yourself, you will never reach your goal. If you learn to stay positive and love yourself more, then everything else is possible.

10) Create a support system
