Rigid boxes offer a structural benefit over other types of packaging boxes. These boxes are known to be a premium product packaging solution.

Rigid boxes are a composition of two major components, a primary chipboard component, and the wrapping. The chipboard serves as the main structural component. However, the wrapping encases the box and serves as a face for brand messaging. Once the dimensions are determined, a large piece of chipboard is die-cut and then scored to create the 3D structure of the custom rigid box packaging.

The rigid magnetic boxes are formed when several small die-cut holes are created. Magnets are added in these holes to house magnetic closures within the box. The second vital part of the rigid box is the wrap. The wrap is the thinner and flexible paper pasted outside the box. The paper wrap is then die-cut into different sections and applied to the inside and outside of the rigid box to fully cover the chipboard.

Tray and Sleeves – Here, the tray, as the name suggests, slides in the sleeve to create an aesthetic touch to the box.
