We’ve scoured the internet in search of a single article that covers everything related to Bayonetta Joker Mom.

And we found it, in this article by GameInformer! What follows is our modest summary.

Bayonetta is a video game series developed by PlatinumGames and published by Sega and Nintendo for the Wii U.

 In 2011, it was revealed that a sequel to Bayonetta would be produced with lead roles featuring new female characters.

 At E3 2013, the game’s producer confirmed that the game would be a Wii U exclusive.

Bayonetta 2 was announced on September 10, 2012 with a teaser trailer at the Nintendo Wii U Preview event.

 First unveiled as an Xbox 360 exclusive on May 16, 2010, it was announced at E3 2011 that

Sega won the rights to publish the game in Japan while Nintendo published it in all other regions.

The sequel features new protagonist “Joker”, who was designed by Mari Shimazaki and voiced by Wataru Hatano.

 Shōta Sasaki produced both games while Yusuke Hashimoto served as director for Bayonetta 2 .

PlatinumGames’ original staff consisted of Hideki Kamiya (director), Yusuke Hashimoto (director), Eigo Kasahara (action director),

 Yosuke Yamashita (producer) with character design by Mari Shimazaki and music by Masami Ueda.

The first details of the plot were revealed on October 31, 2013.

In a Nintendo Direct presentation, a trailer was shown highlighting the new characters and gameplay elements,

as well as announcing that the sequel would be released in 2014.

 The Wii U GamePad is used to store one of the character’s weapons, with touch controls inspired by

those of Electronic Arts’ mobile title, Real Boxing .

 The game is also playable on the GamePad alone, with Off-TV Play supported.

 The Wii U Pro Controller, meanwhile, is needed for certain sections of the game.

Bayonetta 2 was released in Japan on October 24, 2014 and in Europe on October 24, 2014 and in North America on October 24, 2014

. It was released as a digital download only alongside the physical release.

It was the final Wii U game to be released during Nintendo of America’s production of first-party games for the system;

they announced that they were discontinuing first-party production following its release.

The game also featured some new content for players who owned or purchased Bayonetta 1 before October 23, 2014.

During the first week of release, Bayonetta 2 sold over 190,000 physical units in Japan;

 it sold better than its predecessor, which was also released as a Wii U exclusive.

 It was the 15th best-selling title in Japan during its debut, rising to eighth place after its second week.

– it took me about three days to finish reading through the entire history of Bayonetta 2 news since its announcement.

 And I was going to post it all on a single page!

But then I figured that’d be a bit much for anyone to read, so I split it into four pages. So here’s the first page! And enjoy.
